  • Work directly with business analysts, and other subject matter experts to create release notes, guides, and other release deliverables based on business needs.
    This role requires communication and coordination with various internal teams on very tight schedules with close adherence to deadlines and expectations.

General Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for researching and providing recommendations for application technologies, establish application standards, design and implement application technology solutions to address business problems and helping the organization become more efficient through technology
  • Manage projects and construct deployment strategies
  • Responsible for the administration and support of day to day operations infrastructure
  • Responsible for infrastructure and application monitoring, incident and problem management, capacity planning, documentation, security, patching, ensuring maximum application availability and performance
  • Develop and support cloud computing technologies, infrastructure and applications to meet organization requirements

Experience and skills:

  • Prior experience in IT sales and business development for IT Services providers an asset
  • Established business development relationship within industry verticals such as Finance, Public sector;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize a demanding workload, meeting tight deadlines and attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities;
  • Strong communication skills;

Provides administrative support related to contracts, project proposals, tracking systems, organizational documentation, and other related processes.

  • Interacts with external clients regarding administrative processes related to project and other assigned work.
  • Interacts with all levels in the organization including: management, employees and other internal parties related to administrative and project management processes.
  • Prepares and formats letters, presentations, reports, contracts and spreadsheets as required using complicated formatting structures.
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of project deliverables.
  • Assist in preparation, formatting, proofreading and writing of technical documents and contracts.
  • Follows up with clients and project stakeholders on various project deliverables.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
  • Develops corporate guidelines , contracts and related regulatory documents

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in an administration/ legal – related field
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. (Verbal and written)
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experienced editing documents and drafting and writing general correspondence
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Proven experience proofreading and reviewing documents
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced changing environment with many deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, use good judgment in prioritizing deliverables, juggling multiple priorities and effective follow-up
  • Good problem solving skills and able to provide solutions related to administrative processes and procedures
